If you’re in a work from home situation, here are a few of the ways that mindfulness can continue to be a part of your workday.
Take Advantage Of Downtime

Improve Your Relationship With Technology
Most people going the WFH route will be leaning on technology a lot more than they usually do. Be mindful about these interactions and find new ways to keep these relationships beneficial without negatively impacting you.
For example, if you’re looking at many screens even after the sun sets, eye strain may be an issue.
