Scheduled brainstorming meetings can put unnecessary pressure on your team, leaving them in a position where they may not feel up to organically coming up with their best ideas. Rather than having rigid brainstorming meetings, welcome open and casual brainstorming sessions where team members can meet and share ideas organically without the pressure of having to have the perfect idea at the perfect time. New ideas are the key to innovation, and soulful leadership often means allowing these new ideas to come as they come naturally.
