It’s Easier To Handle Problems That Are Organized

December 6, 2021 by Alka Dhillon Leave a Comment

Conscious leadership for any business means giving problems the time they need to be probably addressed. Technalink understands that sometimes deadlines are looming, and decisions have to be made quickly, but when it comes to handling problems within a company, conscious leadership requires time, and above all, it requires organization in tackling issues.

Different Problems Have Different Needs

There is no such thing as a universal solution. What works to solve one problem won’t all solve all the other issues that remain. This is why it’s so important to take the time to organize problems, so you have a better understanding of what general approaches can be taken. For example, it’s comparatively easy to classify company problems into two areas:

Organizational Problems

These types of problems point to an issue within the company’s framework, and in this case, the employees are unlikely to be a source of the problem. Multiple employees having difficulty meeting deadlines, for example, can often be a case of looking at the workflow and seeing where the bottlenecks are and what can be done at the corporate/organizational level to help employees do their job.

Personal Problems

On the other hand, there are some times when conscious leadership identifies that a central issue rests not with the company but with individuals. An employee may be unhappy with a particular work relationship, or worse yet, many employees may have grievances about a single employee. There may be dissatisfaction with workloads or an aspect of the work process.

Solving these issues isn’t easy. It requires a willingness to invest time and a commitment to equitably solving the problem to ensure that solutions, even if they may not be 100% satisfactory for everyone, aren’t seen as unfair either.

One thing that can help clear the mind for thinking about these issues is to incorporate meditation practices for yourself or businesses, using accessories like prayer beads.
