Your soulful leadership begins with you, and it relies on your ability to retain your own balance.

Not forgetting yourself and your own needs is crucial to keeping yourself balanced, and at Technalink, we use different methods to remind employees that their balanced self is just as important as any other task. A few methods you can use to maintain your balance during these times of uncertainty are the following:
• Schedule “me time” – Sometimes, time to yourself doesn’t come naturally, especially when you’re doing so many things simultaneously. However, it’s a good idea to pencil it in to your busy schedule and treat it with equal importance as any other task. Not only will it remind you to take time out for yourself to recenter, but it will give you a way to organize that time so as not to cause additional stress by taking it.

When you find yourself beginning to feel overwhelmed, hold the prayer beads in your hand and silently repeat your mantras in your mind.
