Part of business leadership is sacrificing some of the luxuries that life has to offer. While most of the sacrifices are for the best, you actually don’t have to sacrifice holiday enjoyment. 4. Use the time to empower yourself as a leader.
Even when you’re on a holiday, you can still do little things to continue improving yourself as a leader. You can read a book on leadership or take a short online course. Empowering yourself, in a way, will also help empower your business.
5. Get in touch with your business network.
The holidays also give you a chance to touch base with your business acquaintances. Call them up or send them a message wishing them happy holidays. This simple way can help you strengthen and develop business partnerships.
