Among them is something so simple but so challenging it’s often overlooked – just keeping everything together and moving forwards. This isn’t just a challenge for women in business leadership positions – men face it as well. Just a 5 or 10 minute break is enough to help you fall into a routine, and could make it easier for you and your employees to start taking advantage of what meditation has to offer.

• Use Tools – Things like mala beads such as these clear quartz beads could make it easier to combine the power of the stones with your meditation. They can help center your mind and spirit and make it easier for you to find success with your meditation.
