Technalink is just one more example of the 21st century meeting a more spiritual lifestyle. Being a spiritual entrepreneur is much more feasible in the progressive and more flexible business world of the new millennium, and one of the best tools in helping to make these advances possible has been technology. Technology now allows spiritual entrepreneurs to start out small, even at home, or reach out to a global market that wouldn’t have been possible in a pre-Internet age. But technology also makes it easier and more convenient to meditate! How? With meditation timers!
Online Or In Hand
Meditation is one technique that is used to achieve mindfulness, but over the course of a busy day, you can’t allow meditation to take over all your other activities. You need to allow a certain amount of time to do so, but maintaining a sense of mindfulness and watching a ticking clock tend to cancel each other out.
However, if you go online to user-created channels on YouTube, or even look at your smartphone’s digital market, you’ll find that there are plenty of channels or apps available that are designed to “start the clock” and keep track of time for you while you meditate, gently letting you know when your desired period of time has elapsed, and it’s time to resume some other activity.
Many of these timers use the soothing sounds of bells to gently let you know when a certain amount of time has passed, but you have a lot of options. If you’d prefer something else, there are timers based on music or more natural sounds. It’s really all up to you and what your preferences are, but if you take a look at all the choices, you’re sure to find something that lines up with what you need to relax but remain informed of the time.
