Assessing And Maintaining Your Spiritual Health You’ve likely heard about how important it is to assess your mental health, and of course to assess your physical health – but what about your spiritual health? Assessing your spiritual health is important no matter what your practices may be. Spiritual entrepreneurship is balanced entrepreneurship, and in order to maintain balance it’s key to keep this side of yourself just as healthy as your mind or body. When assessing your spiritual health, first write down your goals and think about how your spiritual practices impact each of them. Are your spiritual beliefs and practices helping you to get closer to achieving what you’d like to achieve? If they’re not – how can you improve them to be a benefit in your life? Could turning these goals into mantras, and including them in your meditations with mala prayer beads better connect you with what your goals may be?

Joining group meditations can help you to discover new ways to connect to your spiritual side while networking alongside others working on their own spiritual selves, too.

Lastly, spiritual trips are an excellent way to dedicate time to connecting with your spiritual health.
