Cultivating a Mindful Environment at Home

When you take the time to cultivate a more mindful environment at home, you greatly contribute to your overall well-being and mental clarity. Creating a space that promotes relaxation, presence, and self-awareness is easily achieved by simply adjusting your surroundings.

Here are some steps you can take as you journey toward cultivating a mindful environment at home.

Step One: Declutter
