At Technalink, we often use a practice of gratitude in our daily work routines. There are many times when this tactic is directly based in a sense of fulfillment, especially when we are truly appreciative of our gains and achievements. However, there are also times when we use this practice as a means of maintaining positivity, and inviting alignment with beneficial intent.
In these cases, there may be challenges that are being faced in either personal or professional life. Of course, it can be very easy to focus on the negativity and the feelings of lack that are associated with these obstacles. However, when we focus on what is not present or mot going well, then we are also putting out the energy that invites more of the same.
Not Faking It
In these situations, it can be difficult to nurture a sense of fulfillment, especially since that seems to be the emotion that is most lacking. It can be important to remember that now is just right now. It is not tomorrow, and it is not the day before. This also means that whatever is affecting you today should not be thought of as an impact on yesterday or tomorrow.
What this type of thinking does, is that it puts the momentary trouble into perspective, and dis-empowers the hold that circumstances have on the individual. From this place, a sense of fulfillment can be nurtured, because memories of past achievements and joy over future goals are released from the hold of fear. Showing gratitude for these factors cultivates the sense of fulfillment that one is capable of, and it reinforces alignment with positive energy.
The result is that decisions within the company are based on true intent and goals, while also seeking beneficial alignment with like energies. From this place, growth becomes abundant as obstacles both within and beyond are solved with an acceptance that promotes expansion.
