Bring The Comforts Of Work From Home Into Your Office

Bring The Comforts Of Work From Home Into Your Office There are a lot of benefits that come along with working in-office. There’s the desire to be together, to build real connections, and to collaborate in a way that promotes motivation and inspiration. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few things that today’s professionals miss about working remotely. Soulful leadership is all about making these real connections and allowing professionals to thrive and blossom into what they’re really meant to be. Combining the benefits of working in-office, with the benefits teams miss about working from home, can create the sort of environment that helps teams to really perform at their best.

One of the big comforts of working remotely has to do with wardrobe. The ability to be
comfortable helped many professionals to feel at ease, which in turn helped with natural
inspiration and creativity. Compassionate leaders can incorporate this into the office by allowing
for casual Fridays, or perhaps a more office casual dress code in general.

Another aspect of remote work that has been missed by many professionals is the ability to take
quiet and reflective breaks. Rather than stopping into a break room for a cup of coffee and
mingling or small talking, they had the ability to refresh in a quiet and peaceful environment
where they could really reflect on thoughts, ideas, and feelings. Incorporating meditation breaks
into the workday can help to replicate this quiet atmosphere. With meditation stones like
garnet or quartz, and times or places where teams are encouraged to take meditation breaks, employees can enjoy more mindful time at the office.

At Technalink, we love the idea of creating a workspace that works for you. One that builds
creativity, that inspires motivation, and that encourages looking after one’s well-being. By
incorporating a few remote work aspects that really worked for today’s professionals and
combining these with the closeness and connectedness of a traditional workplace, you can create
the sort of atmosphere that encourages your teams to flourish
